What if I forget my NetTeller ID or PIN?

Contact the Bank at 740-983-2511 and we will give you your NetTeller ID and reset your PIN.

Why is it showing that I am currently locked out of NetTeller?

You have three tries to successfully log on to NetTeller using your NetTeller ID and PIN. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the system locks you out for security reasons. You will need to contact the Citizens Bank to have them unlock your account and reset your ID and PIN.

How much does it cost to sign up for NetTeller and BillPay?

NOTHING!! You can fill out the online application for NetTeller and BillPay and return it to any of our three branches, or come in person to one of the branches and fill out an application. That is all you have to do! It’s quick, it’s easy and best of all, it’s FREE!!
